HOUSING OPTIONS FOR MMU2018

You MUST select ONE option from the Housing Options

THE THREE OPTIONS ARE AS FOLLOWS:

  • ARROWMONT ON-CAMPUS HOUSING: 
    • HUGHES HALL (Queen & Twin bedroom options all with private baths) 
    • RED BARN (Twin bed in a variety of room sizes with shared baths)


  • I'M STAYING OFF CAMPUS** ($100 surcharge)


  • I'M SHARING A ROOM IN HUGHES HALL** ($100 surcharge)


** - The $100 surcharges for the off-campus and room sharing options help cover the cost of providing accommodations for our instructors.  We encourage all attendees to stay on campus and get the full millinery immersion during MMU 2018.  However, if you choose one of the afore mentioned options, it is still necessary to contribute toward the support of bringing world class instructors to MMU 2018.  

ON-CAMPUS OPTION prices shown are for the entire 5-night total stay during Millinery Meet-up.  Bedding, pillows and towels are provided.  Feel free to bring your favorite pillow or luxurious towels if desired.

  • One QUEEN Size bed with a private en suite bathroom. Elevator for handicap access in Hughes Hall.

    (If you choose to have a roommate in Hughes Hall, purchase this room and then have your roommate select the "I'm sharing a room in Hughes" option below that has a $100 fee. The total price spent for the two of you will be $560+$100= $660 or $330 each person and the room split $ must be settled between you and your roommate.)

  • Two Twin Size beds with a private en suite bathroom. Elevator for handicap access.

    (If you choose to have a roommate in Hughes Hall, purchase this room and then have your roommate select the "I'm sharing a room in Hughes" option below that has a $100 fee. The total price spent for the two of you will be $560+$100= $660 or $330 each person and the room split $ must be settled between you and your roommate.)

  • Historic Red Barn (with all new mattresses) features rooms that are shared with other attendees. This room is for two people with a private bath on the first floor.

  • Located on the second floor of Historic Red barn (with all new mattresses) these rooms are shared with other attendees and feature community bathrooms. This accommodation option is for a double room (2 people) and is priced PER PERSON for the 5 night accommodations.

  • Located on the second floor of Historic Red Barn (with all new mattresses) these rooms are shared with other attendees and feature community bathrooms. This accommodation option is for a TRIPLE room (3 people) and is priced PER PERSON for the 5 night accommodations.

  • Located on the first & second floor of Historic Red Barn (with all new mattresses) these rooms are shared with other attendees and feature community bathrooms. This accommodation option is for a QUAD room (4 people) and is priced PER PERSON for the 5 night accommodations.

  • Located on the Third Floor (no elevator) in the Historic Red Barn, this dormitory has the capacity to house 13 ladies for a "camp like" atmosphere with shared bathroom facilities on the third floor, with separate toilets and shower stalls. ALL NEW MATRESSES. Priced PER PERSON for the 5 night total stay.

  • Our 8 instructors are housed on Arrowmont Campus and to cover their accommodation costs, all attendees are encouraged to stay on campus. If attendees choose to stay elsewhere, their support in the form of a surcharge is still necessary to bring such world class instructors to MMU 2018.

  • If you are sharing a room with a friend who already registered select this option. Make sure you type your roommate name below.
    Our 8 instructors are housed on Arrowmont Campus and to cover their accommodation costs, all attendees are encouraged to stay on campus. If attendees choose to share a room in Hughes Hall, their support in the form of a surcharge is still necessary to bring such world class instructors to MMU 2018.

  • I will create a new original piece for the HAT CONTEST & HAT PARADE. You will receive more information regarding the contest to the email provided after registering for MMU2018.

  • I'll enjoy watching the HAT PARADE.

I, the registrant, request voluntary participation in all activities including millinery classes/workshops/programs of MILLINERY MEET-UP, on September 23 - 28th, 2018. I have read and understand, and freely and voluntarily enter into this Release and Hold Harmless Agreement with Jan Wutkowski dba aMuse: artisanal finery LLC & Diane Shagott dba Hats to Di For LLC, understanding that this Release and Hold Harmless Agreement is a wavier of any and all liability(ies).

I consent to participate in the activities of this event (MMU) while on the campus of Arrowmont School of Arts & Crafts and acknowledge that I fully understand that my participation may involve risk of serious injury or death, including losses which may result not only from my own action, inactions or negligence, but also from the actions, inactions or negligence of others where the activities are being conducted. I understand that if I have risk concerns, I should discuss the risks associated with my participation with the activity coordinator before I sign this document, and before any activity(ies) begins.

I have read this Release and Hold Harmless Agreement and understand the terms used in it and their legal significance. Checking this box is intended to bind not only myself but also my successors, heirs, representatives, administrators, and assigns.

Registered student cancellations will be accepted until 11:59pm EDT June 30th, 2018, and fees will be refunded less $100 registration/credit card fees. AFTER JUNE 30, 2018, MMU 2018 REGISTRATION IS NON-REFUNDABLE. Registration is transferrable. If there is a waiting list, those names will be provided to assist you in transferring your registered spot.

In the event an instructor cancels due to circumstances beyond their control, you will receive the course topic taught by a substitute instructor or transferred to another course topic of millinery study.

By checking the box of Cancellation Policy, I indicate have read and agree to the cancellation policy of MMU2018 as stated above.

I respect the Intellectual Property of the instructors of MMU 2018 and agree not to duplicate and/or teach their course materials.
